I’m still recovering from four planes in a 24 hour period. My challenge today is simply stringing words together in coherent sentences. The challenge for you is to answer the question: How do you deal with jet lag or other sleep depriving activities such as newborn children, all weekend Star Trek marathons, etc.?
My solution was to stay up and not take a nap to get back on my regular schedule and then go to bed a little early. Oh and drinking lots of water to help flush out the caffeine that I consumed. Get up at a reasonable time the next day, again with no naps. I mostly recovered with the help of coffee!
