TGIM an attitude of gratitude

Ok, I know most people are not happy that it’s Monday. But I have an attitude of gratitude. I’m grateful that I was able to wake up and get out of bed. I’m grateful that I have food to eat. I’m grateful for my loving wife. I’m grateful that I have a job that helps support all my bad habits, like eating, sleeping under a roof and traveling. Wake up and smile and look yourself in the mirror and say “You are great and deserve the best.”  You do. All of us do. Get out there and have a great day and an amazing week!

Starting April 1st I will probably be a little slower than normal in responding to comments. As you know, I am participating in my first April A-to-Z challenge. I’m looking forward to roaming the blog-o-sphere to check out new and interesting blogs. Several of the blogs I follow regularly are also participating, so as well as checking on their posts, I want to visit at least 10 new blogs every day in April.  I do not plan to take part in any other challenges, tasks, awards, etc. during this time. I am grateful for all the people involved in organizing and moderating the A-to-Z challenge. Thanks for dropping by and Happy Monday!

Thanks for the positive vibe, Shawn. I had a particularly bad weekend and am still feeling wobbly around the edges, but I always try to see the positive and posts like this help. There is so much to be grateful for, and even when I’m facing my inner demon I never lose sight of that! Happy Monday 😀

Thanks for stopping by. Sorry you’ve had a rough weekend and I hope it gets better. I know some days it is hard to have a great day. Things can be bad, we get to choose how we react to them. Have a great week Melissa.

I’m glad it’s Monday too. So I can go to work and rest. I like being home on the weekends, but there seems to be a never ending lists of things to do. At least at work, it’s pretty straightforward. Hope you have a good week as well.

I understand. Some days I don’t feel like it either, but it’s usually because I’m snuggled up next to my wife 🙂 Remember that enthusiasm is a choice. You don’t have to be bright and bubbly all the time, but you can choose how you react to things and events. Like mornings 🙂 Have a great week.

None of those are bad habits! 😀 Mondays aren’t so bad for me. Mainly because I have Tuesdays off, so it always seems to fly by. 🙂 Happy Monday!
