Weekend Coffee Share Christmas Update

Weekend Coffee Share – Feugo!

Weekend Coffee Share Flaming edition

So if we were having coffee or tea or some other beverage, I would have to tell that I’m working remotely now, since my workplace caught on fire. Everyone is okay, but no one is allowed back in the building for a while. I was fortunate that I had taken my company laptop home. At least I can work remotely. Aside from that fun, I would ask how your week went and what plans you have for the weekend.

Book and Blog Update

I would ask about any writing or blog you have in the works and then tell you that I have settled on a title for my book, Forging Character. A cover design is in the works and I will post some samples next week to get people’s opinions on what they like.  I’m working to finish the manuscript by next week. I need some illustrations and photos to break up the text and maybe some tweaks to things here and there.

I noticed that many of my photos did not transfer when re-hosted. I am in the process of locating the originals and reloading and relinking them to my various photo pages. If you visite the photo pages, let me know if you find some missing or displaying something obviously wrong. Bleh, just when I thought I was done. I hope things are going well with your writing or other projects.

It’s been an overall quite week. Very enjoyable since I got to spend some time with my lovely wife. We have moved our walks to the afternoon or evening since she is not a morning person. I hope you have a great weekend. Thanks for stopping by and sharing coffee.

Shame about the fire at work! I like that book title. To truly know just exactly what kind of character one has, it has to be tried in a little fire.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I agree. It’s one of the things I struggled with in the book. Can character be measured? I don’t think so with actually testing it. It’s kinda like IQ. There has to be a test. You can’t just take out a tape measure.

Glad everyone at the office is ok!

And good luck with the photos—that’s right pain in the arse.
