Weekend Coffee Share Birthday Edition

Coffee Share Year End

Coffee Share

If we were having coffee, after we get settled with our favorite hot beverage, I would tell you that we had a great Christmas. We had a guest over a late lunch and some games. We played two games that we had not seen. Pandemic, which is a cooperative game of humans against the diseases. The diseases won. The other was Ticket to Ride. The object was to get the most points by building train routes between different cities on a map of the US. Both were fun and entertaining. After lunch and the gaming, we decided to go see the new Star Wars movie. I will not mention any spoilers. I thought the plot was very similar to Episode IV, the first movie of the series. Now that I’ve jabbered on a bit, How was your holiday? This is the weekend coffee share, so share! 🙂

I’m getting back into the book as soon as this article is posted. Time to re-read it and hack it apart again. I’m still trying to figure out my real target audience. Any thoughts, suggestions, pointers in the target audience arena would be most appreciated. Finishing the final draft is on the books for first quarter. We’ll see how it goes.

A few photos from around Dallas at Christmas. What do you around the holidays? Drive around and look at lights and decorations? Plan a trip? Get some movies and hot chocolate and stay indoors? Leave a comment below. Share with your friends.

Don’t forget to write your own coffee share and visit Diana t Part Time Monster to add your link to the linky.

We had a nice quiet Christmas at home this year (I wrote all about it on my #WeekendCoffeeShare). Pandemic and Ticket to Ride sound like fun. I like your pictures of the lights and decorations around Dallas. I think I remember those big red ornaments from when we lived in Dallas years ago. Have they been there year after year? And those horses running through the water are in Los Collinas, aren’t they? Best of luck finishing up your book. Those final steps always seem to take me a long time, but I hope it goes smoothly for you.

Hi Nooce, Thanks for dropping by and sharing your thoughts. I’ve seen the decorations before but I don’t know if they do them every year. Yes, the horses are the Mustangs at Las Colinas. Thanks for the kind words on the book. I too, hope that it will go smoothly.
